利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、有限会社ドーモ（以下「当社」）が運営するウェブサイト「DOMO INFLUENCER」（https://influencer.domotokyo.net、以下「本サイト」）の利用条件を定めるものです。

1. 本サイトについて

本サイトは、当社に所属するインフルエンサー（以下「所属者」）のプロフィール、SNSのフォロワー数および公開動画を紹介し、お仕事のご依頼を受け付けるためのサイトです。

2. TikTok連携

所属者は、「TikTokでログイン」により本サイトとの連携を許可することで、自身のTikTokの公開情報を本サイトに掲載することに同意するものとします。取得する情報と取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーに定めます。連携はTikTokアプリの設定からいつでも解除できます。

3. 知的財産権

本サイトに掲載される写真、動画、文章等の権利は、当社、所属者または正当な権利者に帰属します。許可なく複製・転載・改変することを禁止します。

本サイトに掲載するフォロワー数等の情報は、TikTok等の外部サービスから取得したものであり、その正確性や最新性を保証するものではありません。外部サービスの仕様変更や障害により、表示が停止・変更される場合があります。

6. 規約の変更

当社は必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

7. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サイトに関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of "DOMO INFLUENCER" (https://influencer.domotokyo.net, the "Site") operated by DOMO Inc. ("we", "us").

1. About the Site

The Site introduces the influencers who belong to our agency ("Creators"), including their profiles, social media follower counts and public videos, and accepts business inquiries.

2. TikTok integration

By authorizing the Site via "Log in with TikTok", a Creator agrees that their public TikTok information may be displayed on the Site. What we collect and how we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy. Creators may revoke access at any time from the TikTok app settings.

3. Intellectual property

All photos, videos and text on the Site belong to us, the Creators or their rightful owners. Reproduction, redistribution or modification without permission is prohibited.

Follower counts and other information on the Site are obtained from external services such as TikTok, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or timeliness. Display may stop or change due to changes or outages of those services.

6. Changes

We may change these Terms as needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
