有限会社ドーモ（以下「当社」）は、当社が運営するウェブサイト「DOMO INFLUENCER」（https://influencer.domotokyo.net、以下「本サイト」）において、当社に所属するインフルエンサー（以下「所属者」）のTikTok情報、および応募者の情報を取り扱うにあたり、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 取得する情報

所属者が「TikTokでログイン」により本サイトとの連携を許可した場合に限り、TikTokの公式API（Login Kit / Display API）を通じて、所属者が許可した範囲で次の情報を取得します。

基本プロフィール情報（ユーザー名、表示名、プロフィール画像）
アカウントの統計情報（フォロワー数、いいね数、動画数など）
公開されている動画の一覧（動画のリンク、サムネイル、説明文など）
連携に必要なアクセストークンおよびリフレッシュトークン

当社は、TikTokのパスワードを取得・保存することはありません。また、本サイトの一般閲覧者からTikTokの情報を取得することはありません。

2. 利用目的

本サイト上で、所属者のプロフィール、フォロワー数および公開動画を掲載するため
掲載内容を最新の状態に自動で更新するため

上記以外の目的（広告配信、第三者への販売など）には利用しません。

3. 保管と管理

取得した情報およびトークンは、当社が管理するクラウドサービス（Cloudflare）上に保管し、不正アクセス・漏えい等を防ぐため適切な安全管理措置を講じます。

4. 第三者提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、所属者の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。なお、本サイトに掲載された公開情報は、誰でも閲覧できる状態になります。

5. 連携の解除と情報の削除

所属者は、TikTokアプリの「設定とプライバシー」から本サイトとの連携をいつでも解除できます。また、下記の窓口へ連絡することで、当社が保管する情報の削除を求めることができます。連携の解除または所属契約の終了後、当社は保管している情報を速やかに削除します。

6. 応募フォームで取得する情報

本サイトの応募フォーム（ENTRY）からご応募いただいた場合、氏名、生年月日、出身地、お住まいの地域、身長・体重・スリーサイズ、メールアドレス、電話番号、LINE ID、SNSアカウント、志望動機等の記入内容、および写真を取得します。これらは選考および選考に関するご連絡のためにのみ利用し、当社が管理するGoogleのサービス上で保管します。選考を通過されなかった方の情報は、選考終了後6か月以内に削除します。ご本人からの開示・削除のご依頼には、下記窓口で対応します。

7. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。改定した場合は本ページに掲載します。

Privacy Policy

DOMO Inc. ("we", "us") operates the website "DOMO INFLUENCER" (https://influencer.domotokyo.net, the "Site"). This policy explains how we handle TikTok information of the influencers who belong to our agency ("Creators").

1. Information we collect

Only when a Creator authorizes the Site via "Log in with TikTok", we obtain the following information through TikTok's official APIs (Login Kit / Display API), within the scopes the Creator approves:

Basic profile information (username, display name, avatar)
Account statistics (follower count, likes count, video count, etc.)
A list of public videos (video links, cover images, descriptions, etc.)
Access tokens and refresh tokens required for the integration

We never collect or store TikTok passwords, and we do not collect any TikTok information from general visitors of the Site.

2. How we use it

To display the Creator's profile, follower count and public videos on the Site
To keep this information up to date automatically

We do not use the information for any other purpose, such as advertising or sale to third parties.

3. Storage and security

The information and tokens are stored on cloud infrastructure managed by us (Cloudflare), with appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access or leakage.

4. Sharing

We do not share the information with third parties without the Creator's consent, except as required by law. Information displayed on the Site is publicly visible.

5. Revoking access and deletion

Creators can revoke the Site's access at any time from "Settings and privacy" in the TikTok app, and can request deletion of stored data by contacting us below. When access is revoked or the Creator's agency agreement ends, we promptly delete the stored data.

6. Information collected through the entry form

When you apply through the entry form on the Site, we collect your name, date of birth, hometown, area of residence, height, weight and measurements, email address, phone number, LINE ID, social media accounts, your written answers, and photos. This information is used only for screening and contacting you about it, and is stored on Google services managed by us. Information of applicants who are not selected is deleted within 6 months after screening. Requests for disclosure or deletion can be made to the contact below.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page.
